Crypto Affiliate Manager (remotely)

CPARK, digital performance marketing agency is looking for the active, goal oriented, talented  Crypto Affiliate Manager in our fast-growing team

Required experience and skills:

• 2 years as Affiliate manager; 
• 1+ years of experience in promoting crypto or forex projects;
• Deep understanding of the main performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV);
• Highly organized, strategic and execution focused with ability to multi-tasks;
• Ability to operate independently and to meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail;
• Exceptional planning and project management skills;
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit;
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher is a must;

Will be a plus:

• Team management experience;
• Personal network of webmasters in crypto/forex industry;

Key tasks:

• Constant seeking of new webmasters, networks to boost traffic volumes for crypto projects, testing their effectiveness and concluding contracts on beneficial terms building long-term partner relationships;
• Seeking of new traffic sources and monitoring of new trends; 
• Regular analysis of the quality of incoming affiliate traffic and monitoring of its sources; fraud detecting
