At the beginning of 2018, the company set a goal to take a leader in the market of hyper-casual in the Idle genre. Games were released that became hits and led the company to achieve its goal. In December 2018, the Green Panda Games studio was opened in Ukraine, which inherited the common values of the company. In August 2019, Green Panda Games joined the Ubisoft Group. We create and publish iIdle games for more than 100 million iOS and Android users who play our games in more than 150 countries! 

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment;

• Be able to search on Gamedev labor market;

• Experience of direct search;

• Experience in negotiations with management;

• Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process;

• At least Upper Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities: 

• Managaning of  full-cycle recruitment;

• Collaborating with hiring managers;

• Creating and placing vacancies at different professional resources;

• Monitoring job market;

• Taking part in HR events;

• Preparing recruitment reports;

• Maintaining candidates database.
