Head Accountant

We are currently looking for a Head Accountant to join our friendly, fast-growing, international team of professionals. You will work directly with company stakeholders, overseeing all financial and accounting processes for the entire group of companies internationally.

Required skills:

• 3(5)+ years of experience working as a Head of Accounting for a foreign company (experience with US rules and regulations must have);
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
• Practical experience in Accounting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP;
• Advanced English;
• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Wave);
• General knowledge of business law;
• Honesty and good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Internal control to ensure compliance with the policies, regulations, and laws;
• Identification of problematic issues, participation in resolving them;
• Interaction with external US auditor;
• Budgeting;
• US entity Financial statement package producing;
• Management accounting;
• Analysis of financial metrics;
• Accounting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP;
• Navigation of day-to-day operations: bank payments realization, wires creation, accounts payable.
