AffiliateUp is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and ambitious Sales Operations manager to become a new member of our international family!

• Assessment and adoption and Implementation of sales frameworks, and methodologies.
• Selection of enablement software and other technology tools
• Sales territory assignment and growth forecasting
• Implementation of recommended compensation and incentives program
• Maintenance of communication and collaboration channels
• Selection of key sales metrics to adopt
• Defragmentation and integration of technology tools
• Optimisation of sales tools, knowledge base and other assets

  • Client Engagement and Outreach

Requirements:

• 3+ years on the similar position
• English level — Upper intermediate/Advanced
• Ability to manage projects with multiple tracks as a high-energy leader
• Manage monthly forecast
• Competitor activity tracking
• LOA management with internal process control
• Monthly promo and pricing analysis.
• Monitor IPS, Sell in/out data
• Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies
• Business Analysis experience including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting preferred
• Experience working with Finance systems
• A successful track record of working with managers and executives at high levels in the organisation, as well as staff users
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused
