AffiliateUp is a company that specialises in attracting and supporting customers in the field of FinTech. Our offices are located in Ukraine, Indonesia, Malaysia, Сyprus and Latvia. The main focus of our company is project management and provision of services designed to serve customers using modern communication and marketing technologies. We work with B2C and B2B market segments.

We are looking for an experienced Business trainer with a background working in the financial (or similar) field, who is highly credible, engaging and with lots of enthusiasm to really bring our culture and values to the life.

Requirements: 

• English level: Fluent/Advanced;
• 1-2 years experience in developing and conducting trainings for sales department;
• Experience in creating and implementing training materials, guidelines, instructions individually for the specifics of the team's work
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Individual approach to learning;
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare training materials, reports and other internal documents based on existing strategy and business conception;
• Working closely with company managers to identify training needs based on existing strategy and business concept;
• Leading the employee during the trial period to ensure that they are able to achieve the established KPIs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones
• Develop methods and tools to measure development and training impact and effectiveness
• Development of training materials, guidelines, instructions
• Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
• Keeping documentation, reporting on the training, summing up the results, preparing proposals for improving the work;
• Create training content for internal Learning Management System
