Key Account Manager (Premier)

AffiliateUp is an outsourcing multinational company specializing in attracting and supporting customers in the areas of E-commerce and FinTech. Our offices are located in: Europe, Indonesia, Malaysia. The main focus of our company is project management and the provision of services aimed at customer service using modern communication and marketing technologies.

We work with B2C and B2B market segments. We actively cooperate with foreign partners in Asia, Latin America, Africa and Europe.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experiences working in B2C sales segment;

• English level: Advanced/Fluent;

• Good understanding and proven experience with financial products;

• Outstanding negotiation and communication, strong and enthusiastic personality and problem solving skills;

• Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills;

• Team Player;

• Targeted and result-oriented;

• Readiness for a business trips abroad;

• Be proactive and aim to self-generate new leads.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest level of service to existing clients in a timely manner;

• Promote the company's financial products and services;

• Working with client's portfolio;

• Professional assistance in communicating with the vip clients;

• Building a long-term relationship with a company's client, customer retention and upselling.
