We work with B2C and B2B market segments. We actively cooperate with foreign partners in Asia, Latin America, Africa and Europe.

We are looking for a passionate and multi skilled Business Trainer to work as part of our team delivering best training to our employees.

We are looking for an experienced trainer, ideally with a background working in the financial field or similar, who is highly credible, engaging and with lots of enthusiasm to really bring our culture and values to life.

Requirements:

• English level: Fluent/Advanced;
• Experience in developing and conducting trainings for sales department;
• Ability to control the process and quickly respond to assigned tasks;
• High level of theoretical knowledge, empathy, tolerance, creativity;
• Confident PC user;

As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for:

• Development of a high-quality training system, training materials, guidelines, instructions individually for the specifics of the team's work.
• Working closely with company managers to identify training needs based on existing strategy and business concept;
• Assessment of the effectiveness of training; Knowledge analysis based on employee performance indicators.
• Accompanying an employee during the trial period to make sure that he can achieve the established KPIs;
• Record keeping, sales reports, summing up, preparation of proposals for improvement of work processes;
