AffiliateUp is looking for a customer-focused, goal-oriented and collaborative team leader who is passionate about what his team do!

We are looking for a leader who has the experience and enthusiasm to build and expand a sales team while delivering outstanding customer service.

 

Requirements:

 

  • English level should be Advanced or not less than Upper Intermediate;
  • At least 1 year of experience working at similar position as a Sales Team Lead in a financial field;
  • Leadership qualities and ability to take responsibility for achieving good results;
  • Analytical, project management and collaborative skills;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment;

 

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:

 

  • Professional coordination of sales managers team;
  • Scheduling work, load tracking, training and motivation; Developing time management skills in team;
  • Correct distribution of incoming requests between sales managers (the number of active clients on managers); Working with databases (hot calls); Control timely processing of incoming requests;
  • Achieve monthly goals and KPI systems to monitor team performance and achieve success;
  • Control of maintaining customer profiles in CRM : correct status of compliance and comments fielded by account managers;
  • Providing report of the team's result. Analysis of sales manager's results;
