Corporate Communications Manager

Are you looking to take your career to the next level?

From the first day the person will be responsible for developing and executing communications strategies and plans & deliver communication superiority that protects and builds the reputation of P&G and its Brands in Ukraine. You will be a member of the Central Europe communications as well as the regional European Communications teams. In your day to day job you will cooperate with all P&G departments such as Human Resources, Marketing and Sales as well as with external PR agencies that will help you with developing powerful internal and external communications. WITH US YOU WILL:

• Build effective business partnerships and use them to protect the business and amplify corporate communications
• Assess and understand current trends and the way they impact the organization, and prepare communication strategies to work in favor of the business
• Develop content and communication materials for external and internal communication plans
• Identify issues and potential crisis, assess the impact they may have and develop crisis contingency plans and materials
• Track and measure the efficiency of communication programs and continuously make improvements to meet objectives and ensure that the efficient processes are in place
• Develop a set of business and discipline skills that are needed for business growth and personal development. Your skill-based development will be pursued via a personalized training plan consisting of corporate and on-the job training
• Coach others in your area of expertise, to drive business results and build the organization's capability

QUALIFICATIONS

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in fields such as: Corporate & Brand Communication with large international organisations or public sector/NGO
  
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian is a must
• At least Bachelor's degree or above
