CEO (Chief Executive Officer, online gaming company)

Avant-garde IT Solutions is looking for a CEO to join a fast growing multibrand gaming company. The CEO is responsible for the overall performance of the company, supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. As a CEO you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader, take actions to enhance the company's cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective.

Requirements:

Experience in leading operations in international business;
3+ years experience in Gaming/Gambling/Betting company with a focus on B2C business development;
5+ years experience in IT management/CEO/COO/Operations Director/General Management/Managing Director;
Experience in digital marketing, knowledge of latest marketing trends is a must;

- Experience in finance modelling, proven P&L budgeting and planning experience;

Experience with KPI system implementation;
Established network of contacts within the gaming industry would be a plus;

- A strong leadership and networking ability;

Fluent English is a must.

Responsibilities: - Serve as an accountable role for an online B2C Gaming multi-branded company;

Provide inspired leadership for the team, drive a professional and performance oriented progressive culture;
Collaborate and communicate with operation, marketing, development teams, senior management and stakeholders to deliver a business growth plan which is focused on driving revenue and product quality;
Create and optimize company policies, procedures, guidelines to enhance workflow and resources efficiency;
Create and implement the company's and team KPI system; - Take responsibility for all KPIs related to P&L, ensure that profitable business growth and commercial success is achieved to meet the business targets.
