Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Processing resource allocations;
• Maintaining internal systems and data collection;
• Creating dashboards and preparing reports;
• Performing various analytical tasks;
• Profiles preparing, researches, resource management activities;
• Working closely with sourcing managers and project managers.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization;
• Strong MS Excel proficiency (functions, queries, pivots, charts, VBA);
• Knowledge of database fundamentals, SQL is a big plus;
• Familiarity with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView etc.) is a plus;
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail;
• Good communication, interpersonal, and team working skills;
• Intermediate or above English level;
