Management Assistant

    Responsibilities:

    • Management administrative and personal support;
    • Complete business and personal travel support (arranging travel, visas and accommodation, insurance, air tickets, transfers, online check in etc.);
    • Provide "wide scale" assistance to CEO and his family (personal issues, household issues, entertainment points booking, expenses reports etc.);
    • Maintain and coordinate administrative and technical assignments for unobstructed office workflow;
    • Maintenance operational support to company Management (arranging appointments for personal and professional requirements, support the highest and most respectful standard of communication, maintain databases (contacts, birthday's partners/clients etc.).

     

    Qualifications:

    • Master or bachelor degree;
    • 2+ years of successful experience in a similar role;
    • Intermediate + level of English (with good speaking flow);
    • Attention to details, highest responsibility, learning skills, pro-activity;
    • Expertise and experience in business ethics;
    • High level of self-organization and self-management, planning skills.
    • Perfect communication and interpersonal skill, high level of empathy;
    • While most of work is done during normal business hours, Management Assistant must be ready to handle work requests out of normal business time and be ready for unscheduled overtimes.
