Responsibilities
- Daily scope of work: active search for qualified candidates, according to vacancies requirements, using following channels: LinkedIn, professional community, forums, internal database, social networks, job boars etc.
- Gathering, screening and selecting resumes
- Initial contact with potential «cold» candidates
- Additional responsibilities: alternative modules of research, phone screenings (candidate's salary expectation, short phone interview etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree ( for students we can offer flexible schedule)
- 0,5 + year of experience for recruitment agency, marketing or sales department on position of assistant (junior), researcher
- Desire to develop recruitment carrier
- Attentiveness to details and efficiency in search
- English level Intermediate or higher
