Being part of Partner Operations department Partner activation is one of the key areas of Glovo. As Account Activation Specialist you will be working on managing and optimizing the activation of all stores in our marketplace to ensure growth goals.
We are looking for a candidate highly motivated, extremely organized, detail-oriented, problem solver, with strong interpersonal abilities, who can find creative solutions to complex problems.
You Will:
- Lead and manage the activation process of new partners to GLOVO application
- On-board new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working (leading training sessions for partners)
- Travel to partners location to coach partner staff (business trips to other cities in Ukraine min 2 days a week)
- Collaborate with sales team and account management team to improve partner experience with GLOVO and ensure good user experience with new partners
Requirements:
- Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel a lot within Ukraine
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
- Intermediate level in English
