Hello! I am Filipp Levada and I am the owner of Levstal Group and now we’re looking for a Lean Coach&Project Manager for our dream team. 

Levstal Group is a steel construction family company,  with a yearly turnover of 30 million euros, what does it mean for you? A lot of interesting goals and great and stable earning. • have experience in onboarding employees 
• experience in manufacturing or construction is welcome
• know how to coordinate and teach  all team members
• have experience in developing an employee motivation system 
• ready to be a go-to person for our team
• fluent in Russian and English, Estonan
