Digital Marketing Manager

Our client, an international retail company is recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager who will support its digital development and will be in charge of the commercial dynamics of the brand's E-Commerce site. It will aim to increase the number of visitors, to improve online and offline conversion thanks to SEM (SEO, SEA, SMO) and content strategies that it will pilot.

 Responsibilities:

• Drive Marketing strategy and tasks for the E-commerce group.

• Propose the implementation of digital campaigns operations.

• Мedia planning and monitor the results of the paid campaigns (Google Advertising, FB/Instagram Ads).

• Measure of ROI and other metrics advertising campaigns through a variety of marketing channels.

• Taking part in creating and launching promo campaigns.

• Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix.

• Work closely with product team to help drive the content strategy of the brand's website in order to position it on the requests that will attract the most traffic.

• Experiment with new platforms and channels.

• Report to E-commerce Manager.

 Skills required:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.

• Upper-intermediate English.

• A very strong passion for commerce.

• Advanced knowledge of GA, GTM, Google Ads, FB/Instagram Ads.

• Understanding of media performance by channel.

• Knowledge of the budgeting principles.

• Attention to detail and monitoring of execution.

• Multitasking with specific organizational skills.

• Analytical mind and critical thinking skills that demonstrate valuable business information.

• Advanced command of Excel (PivotTables, V-Lookup, etc.) and other activity-related programs.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
