Supply Chain Director

For our client, non-food international retail company, we are looking for Supply Chain Director.

As such, it ensures the coordination and cooperation of all stakeholders in the supply chain both internal and external, with the aim of improving the competitiveness of the company for all facets of the Supply Chain Managements including, but not limited to, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, capacity planning and sourcing, master scheduling, inventory control, B2B and B2C delivery and will warranty the financial result of Supply Chain Management.

Core  Responsibilities: 

• Development and implementation of the flow management strategy throughout the supply chain.
• Operational performance management and change management support.
• Development of customer, turnover and provider relationships.
• International Contribution.
• Management and human resources management.

Skills required:

• 7+ years of successful supply management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in retail/similar areas or in postal logistic - preffereble. 
• Strong experience in cooperation with outsourcers. 
• Fluent English - mandatory!
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills required for relationship building and frequent interaction with another departments. 
  
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiations skills.
• Strategic mindset.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop teams.
• Highly motivated, energetic.
