Responsibility:

Correct and consistent with the labor and social insurance law the functioning of the HR Department in all aspects.
Staff recruitment
Staff training
Establishment and implementation of PAS Group personnel policy
Cooperation with external institutions in the personnel area
Development of new forms of human resources management
Compliance with labor law and social security regulations
Compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data as well as the Mystery of Wages

Tasks:

Creation and implementation of the personnel policy of the entire company
Supervision of the Regulations and internal procedures
Cooperation with the Managers in matters related to employees
Staff recruitment
Training policy and training plan
Working time settlement
Calculation of wages
Cooperation with external institutions such as Work Inspection, schools, personnel consulting agencies, law offices, labor courts
Developing forms of communication with employees
Supervision of the security of personal data and payroll data
Preparation of reports and statistics for external needs and for management
Cooperation with the Human Resources Department of the Head Office in Poland and

Germany

Compliance with the procedures of ISO
Compliance with health and safety rules
Raising qualifications through participation in training and self-study in the field of HR
Performing other superiors' orders.
