Our most valuable asset is a cool team of young people with great ambitions and interesting experiences. At the moment, we are actively developing and entering more and more new markets, so we are looking for a talented person to join our team as a Project Manager. We are looking for:

• Professional experience: 3+ years experience on Project Manager position in IT companies
• Technical background: a deep understanding of Web development lifecycle
• Instruments and techniques: you successfully practice different techniques in project management and can adapt them to any situations
• Strong analytical & data skills: you enjoy working with data and feel comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication: you know how to solve work-related issues
• Strong organizational skills: you are able to create a plan, know how to implement it, prioritize tasks and get them done, see potential risks
• Curiosity: you’re interested in company life and business. You are ready to dive into a new niche and technics, to be able to provide better suggestions
• English level: you feel comfortable both in written and spoken English. Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level is required we do have English-speaking employees in our team

Will be a plus:

• experience in launching own projects or business
• experience in cooperation with SEO teams

Your working day will look like:

• initiate effective communication between in-house SEO, Development, Designer and Research teams to control the task workflow, estimate and prioritize tasks, etc.
• close cooperation with SEO team to solve complex problems, move quickly to implement ideas, and deliver results
• analyze existing processes, identify problems, suggest and implement ideas on optimization
• monitor and improve SEO processes by creating detailed product requirements for all the initiatives
• assist in technical questions between SEO and Development team
• write and update policies and guides
• take decisions within a defined level of authority
