Medical Advisor

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree - Medical Doctor;
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience as PM, KAM oncology, Medical Advisor, MSL, specialty care or market access;
• Experience in Oncology will be plus;
• Fluent English, Ukrainian;

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with multi-disciplinary teams and  cope with challenges;
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English; Ukraine language skills are required as well.
• Proactivity, communication and presentation skills;
• Emotional intelligence, ability to effectively cope with changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Medical Adviser will be responsible for Servier’s medical affairs presence in respective therapeutic area through scientific exchange with external stakeholders and research;
• Contribute to the strategic medical and cross-functional planning, lead the execution of the MA-developed medical action plan;
• Maintain personal expertise in relevant disease areas that can be applied externally and internally by communicating fair-balanced therapeutic area, product-related and clinical information to external stakeholders;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executes medically-relevant strategies and tactics;
• Create educational materials for internal and external stakeholders, including HCPs and patients/consumers;
• Provide scientific expertise and training to internal cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
