    We are looking for PHARMACOVIGILANCE ASSISTANT to join our Regulatory Affairs Department team in Kyiv.



    • University Degree (preferably in Pharmacy);
    • Good knowledge of English (intermediate/upper-intermediate level);
    • Good organizational and communication skills;
    • Attention to details;
    • Strong sense of responsibility.



    • Support of local pharmacovigilance activities following company's procedures and local PV legislation;
    • Local PV trackers/logs completion;
    • Assistance in preparation of training materials;
    • Translation of official correspondence and documents from/into English;
    • Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning;
    • Maintaining the archive;
    • Performing other miscellaneous administrative tasks (e.g. booking travel arrangements, maintaining up-to-date employee holiday records, ordering office supplies, processing invoices etc.).
