Customer Support (English or German)

Требования: 

• Fluent English or German
• Strong communication skills
• Customer oriented and responsible attitude
• Good general computer skills (Office, Internet, Skype, email, etc.)
• Self-motivated and friendly
• Experience in a similar role will be preferred

Обязанности: 

• Consult clients about services, features via email, chat
• Monitor activities in clients profiles
• Handle inbound requests

• Office in the city center in 10 minutes from metro station Olimpiyska or Vokzalna
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 2 shifts - 9:00-16:00 or 14:00-21:00
