MAGETIC AI is an R&D development center. We generate Artificial Intelligence Technologies, with machine learning & deep learning abilities, converting data into insights, and autonomously acting on these insights.

 

We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our friendly team as a Personal Assistant to CEO in our Kyiv office.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;

  • Solving skills;

  • Personal confidence and strong troubleshooting attitude;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • English language - working condition (speaking and writing);

  • High education degree.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Administration of meetings/tasks (scrum meetings, meeting room schedules for any event);
  • Reporting 
  • Translation of documents;
  • Sourcing (HR sphere);
  • Social network support of company accounts (FB, LinkedIn, Dou);
  • Registration procedure of employee (mail, Skype, card)
  • Budget management, event management
