We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our friendly team as a Personal Assistant to CEO in our Kyiv office.
Requirements:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
Solving skills;
Personal confidence and strong troubleshooting attitude;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
English language - working condition (speaking and writing);
High education degree.
Responsibilities :
- Administration of meetings/tasks (scrum meetings, meeting room schedules for any event);
- Reporting
- Translation of documents;
- Sourcing (HR sphere);
- Social network support of company accounts (FB, LinkedIn, Dou);
- Registration procedure of employee (mail, Skype, card)
- Budget management, event management
