Leading International IT company is looking for a Junior IT Recruiter who will join our office in Kyiv and will help us in building a professional team!

Responsibilities:

• The full cycle of recruitment (active candidate's screening, selection, CV database management, publishing and updating of information about the open positions, organization and conduction of initial interviews)

• Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work

• Staff adaptation

• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 1 year experience as an IT Recruiter/Researcher will be a plus

• Management skills

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Fluent English

• Social Media experience with LinkedIn and Facebook and social networks

• Experience in all kinds of development positions, full-stack, backend & front side;

• Ability to work under pressure, leadership skills and charisma
