Business analyst

OntargIT, GOLD Microsoft Partner with cloud competency, focused on implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM), Power Platform (BI) and AI solutions for different industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution. We run projects and support our customers in Eastern Europe, Middle East, and North America.

We are looking for:

• Higher technical or economic education
• English — Upper-intermediate or higher. All communications are in English
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT-companies
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform or other similar Microsoft products will be a plus.

Key responsibilities:

• Elicitation of the business requirements
• Transforms business/IT requirements to the User stories
• Lead the workshops and using the business analyst techniques gather business/IT requirements
• On the basis of the workshops creates the Product backlog
• Suggests the product roadmap for validation of BPO
• During the project works closely with Product Owners and SMEs, creates User stories for them, demonstrates completed user stories, helps to prepare solution for Demo
• Analysis of current and future business processes, their formalization
• Preparing options for solving the issues, related to organization of business processes
• Instant reporting to the Project Manager, Solution Architect, SDM about all the difficulties encountered during the implementation of the Project activities
• Development and description of the system functional design
• Conducting required types of tests with users
• Organizing preparation of initial data for launching the system
• Training and support of key-users
• Creates user manuals for End/Key users
• Ensures that all deliverables are delivered at the end of the project.
