Senior Crew Manager

Requirements for position:  Senior  Manager in Crewing Agency

• Higher education;
• Very good command of English (written and spoken);
• Confident PC & Internet user, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Experience in Crewing more than 15 years mandatory;
• Experience in BULKER, TANKER & GAS fleet;
• Team player, Integrity; 100% follower of the company's Code of Ethics;

Duties:

• Work with seafarers recruiting, performing interviews, evaluation for employment and trainings; 
• Communication with partners and ship-owners (English &  Russian);
• Work with ship-owners, drafting reports, agreements, etc.;

Work schedule: 8 working hours, Office hours from 9-00 to 18-00, Mon-Fri
