Automation QA Engineer

We are inviting you to join our RnD Department, which is responsible for the engineering part of the business. This team consists of Senior Full-stack Developers and is led by System Architect. Sounds like a dream team, would you agree?

The skilled Automation QA specialist will be focused on writing the automatization for our analytical products, CRM system and microservices - the products that our RnD engineers develop. We expect your desire to write a framework, apply the BDD and use the high-level functional tests.

Our requirements for the candidate: 

• Understand and have solid experience in GIT

• Deep experience in automation tools like Selenium or Cucumber

• Experience in writing clear and simple code for automated test cases in Node.js OR Python

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools

• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

• Clear understanding of different approaches of testing

How will you be contributing?

• Development of positive / negative / boundary scenarios

• Description of automation test cases

• Requirements analysis

• Development of a framework for product automation

• Setting up test environments

• Preparation of test data and generators

• Analysis of test coverage

• Writing autotests (functional, load), test scripts

• Integration with Continuous Integration tools like GitHub Actions

• Execution of automatic tests

• Support and maintain already written tests

• Writing documentation

• Analysis of the results of runs of auto-tests (functional, load), checking the limits and possibilities of the product

• Bug reporting, general testing reports
