Retention manager (Eng desk) Forex

Our company has been on the market for more than 3 years. We are looking for an experienced retention manager in a developing company which specializes in financial services.

Requirements:

• experience as Retention manager (6+ months) at the financial company;
• English upper-intermediate (additional languages such as French, German);
• correct oral and written language;
• be a result-oriented person
• desire to work and earn money;
• skill to work in team
• communication with customers;
• consultation of the customers;
• great analytical and communicative skills
• work with the extremely high information flow
• find a common tongue with any person

Responsibilities:

• work with every customer individually, consult them about company's services and to be oriented on long-term cooperation
• work with customer's account
• negotiate with customers, to persuade them
• know how to work with objections
