Team Lead (English/German Desk)

Requirements:

• experience as Desk manager or Team leader (6+ months) in financial company;
• strong English or German;
• correct oral and written language;
• clear diction;
• strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• motivate team;
• help sales managers;
• deal with newcomers;
• be responseble for result of the team.
