MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dealing with clients' inquiries via email and telephone.
• Initial due diligence on clients' accounts.
• Verification and monitoring of documentation.
• Assisting clients with questions.
• Resolving service related issues promptly and professionally.
• Interacting with other departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication skills.
• Experience as support or compliance in financial company.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong focused person.
• Multitasking.
