CRM / Lead generation manager

RetargetApp is a marketing solution that helps e-commerce businesses promote their products on Google and Facebook. Currently, we are looking for a CRM Manager to join the team full-time. Our perfect candidate is an attentive team player with a passion for organizing data.

What you will need to do

• qualify new leads on a daily basis
• conduct regular data enrichment with the required information
• prepare and update user segments by given criteria for marketing campaigns
• conduct segment analysis by given requests, find opportunities for users outreach
• update the CRM system by removing obsolete accounts and validating contact info
• help other company members with using the CRM system

This is for you if you

• have basic knowledge of CRM systems (Intercom, Hubspot, Salesforce etc.)
• have experience in data enrichment and validation
• have an understanding of lead generation and lead qualification processes
• have an understanding of user segmentation and analysis
• are extremely attentive to details

It will be a plus if you

• have experience in email marketing
