NEST COMMUNITY & EVENT MANAGER

UFuture is a holding company of Ukrainian entrepreneur Vasyl Khmelnytsky that integrates his business and impact-investment projects.

UFuture is a strategic investor in the pharmaceutical company Biopharma and UDP Renewables, renewable energy investment and development company.

Our team is looking for a NEST COMMUNITY & EVENT MANAGER

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Attract great start up in NEST startup Hub
•  Create, organize & promote workshops and events in the Hub
•  Attract partners for creating the content for startup community
•  Be the face of the brand during internal events (open days, workshops, talks) & external events(tech conferences)
• Enable residents to liaise and create interactions through an events programme (ice-breaking,team-building, …)
• Create engaging content highlighting participants’ stories & life in NEST Hub
• Send out event & content newsletters
•  Manage the budget and insurance revenue streams

ABOUT YOU:

• You are outgoing and highly sociable, and are constantly interested in the progress and happiness of everyone.
• You love startups and ideally you have strong connections in the startup community
• You have a good understanding on how to run events
• You thrive on communication, both written and verbal. You are at your most happy at a party, and enjoy talking to anyone and everyone.
• You have experience in organising events and talks.
• You are approachable and you love helping people.
• You are passionate about technology, education and entrepreneurship.
• You are good in English 

EXPERIENCE :

3/5+ years of good experience of organising and marketing events (talks, workshops, social), community building, space managing and ideally startups experience
