Business / Financial Analyst

UFuture is a holding company of Ukrainian entrepreneur Vasyl Khmelnytsky that integrates his business and impact-investment projects. The company has a diversified portfolio of assets in the fields of real estate, infrastructure, industry, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, and IT. Currently, UFuture's assets are estimated at $550 million, and the total capitalization of the businesses it invested in is more than $1 billion.

Our growing team is looking for a Business/Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and interprets financial and other relevant data to make comparative analysis of a business/project.
• Designs financial structure and investigates financing sources suitable for a business/project.
• Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
• Executes financial modelling, coordinates with other businesses and financial departments/specialists of the holding's portfolio companies.
• Guides financial analysis process of the holding by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
• Improves financial status of the holding by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
• Maintains the holding's database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
• Increases productivity by developing automated applications; coordinating information requirements.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in finances, economics, STEM is a must; European/North American diploma (s) is a plus;
• Work experience - minimum 7 years;
• Experience in project management, administration of complex international investment projects, ability to effectively process significant volumes of financial, economic, statistical and verbal data;
• Ability to distillate substantial volumes of data, activities and possibilities into clear and feasible priorities and plan its daily implementation;
• Ability to translate presented opportunities into concrete action plans;
• Understanding of international business and investment relations;
• Experience in cooperation with the international businesses;
• Excellent etiquette, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Languages: English - the highest spoken and written proficiency, business vocabulary is a must;
• Confident PC user: excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point is a must; Outlook, MS Office, CRM/ERP, Internet, SE, instant messaging, online communications and gadgets savvy;
• Previous experience in (or at least general idea of) SCRUM and LEAN methodologies.
