Business Analyst

International company, which produces and distributes products of child, women, family and adult care (Huggies, Kotex, Kleenex, Depend) has opened a position of Business Analyst covering Central European and Ukraine markets (new position in the structure).

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the business teams to provide expert recommendations based on evaluation and analysis on projects such as product innovations, portfolio optimization, sourcing changes, etc. 
• Support business in development of forward-looking scenarios to meet longer-term business objectives and targets;
• Lead the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecast;
• Review financial performance information and prepare relevant analysis of changes in coordination with key stakeholders;
• Partner with commercial teams to provide latest estimation of performance on weekly and monthly basis;
• Facilitate process of revenue transformation and ROI analysis;
• Budget and analyze Advertising expenses; track innovation pipeline execution; 
• Create effectiveness through standardization of processes across markets;
• Ensure sound financial controls are in place; be a role model for compliant and ethical business practices;

Key requirements:

• 2 Years minimum experience in Business Analysis/ Financial Controlling;
• A high degree of financial competence, strong commercial orientation preferably gained in an FMCG environment;
• Knowledge of financial theory and practice, analysis and business implications of general business practices is desirable;
• Advanced skills in Excel; Knowledge of Anaplan & SAP will be a plus;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English – both oral and written;
• Strong communication and influencing skills;
