MAIN TASKS: 

• Facebook strategies creation including researching and analyzing market trends
• Facebook campaigns creating, managing & developing
• Campaign performance optimization, constantly increasing efficiency of all campaigns
• Facebook growth hacking and constantly and searching for new opportunities for driving traffic
• Test everything: A/B and multivariate testing
• Assist in the design of landing pages, ad copies; work on conversion improvement and testing to continuously improve ROI and performance
• Reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and analyzing with conclusions and suggestions for improvement
• Communication with partners and project teams' member

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Experience in social media buying/PPC (at least 3 years)
• Great knowledge of Facebook and Facebook Ads Manager (IS A MUST) & PPC platforms is an advantage(Google Ads, Bing, Google Marketing Platform)
• Experience in buying traffic on different social networks (Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of digital media buying and online advertising flow
• Work experience for US and Europe market is a must
• Upper-intermediate+ level of English (both written and verbal)
• Analytical abilities, knowledge of Google Analytics, strong Excel skills incl. pivot-tables
• Skills in conversions tracking and funnel optimization
• Google Adwords & Facebook professional certificates are welcome but not required
• Planning & time management skills, proactivity, result-oriented approach
• Experience in Source Control (GIT (preferred), SVN)
