Business Analyst

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible for Business Development, Strategic Planning, Strategic Initiatives processes
• Follow up industry trends and changes in health care reforms that will impact the business development priorities
• Management of project tools and databases to ensure transparency of data across organization (e.g. ATOM), Measure and report Launch on time execution and NPI Data Accuracy for launch activities 
• Conduct detailed market analysis, assess potential of new products, prepare business cases and present to management team
• Ensure that the evaluations are thorough and objective, with clear opportunity and risk assessment
• Ensure successful coordination of different functions (Marketing, Sales, IT, Medical, and Legal) in business development projects
• Be part of the strategic planning process and involved in the preparation of long range strategies and action plan
• Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards, Corporate Business and Safety Procedures and Abbott Code of Business Conduct.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree 
• A general understanding and knowledge of principles and practices of the pharmaceutical processes
• Experience with analytics \in business development and\or portfolio management, as a plus 
• Excellent skills of database management
• Good in time management and project planning; capable of following-up different tasks at the same time
• Able to work in a cross-functional environment with good project management skills
• Fluency in English and Russian and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Analytical thinking, Interpersonal skills, High results orientation with attention to detail, Communication skills
