Delivery Manager / IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT professional with a technical background, effective, goal-driven manager with an excellent math/computer science background who possesses the ability to assess and decompose tasks with great precision, as well as manage resources and be able to develop effective communication with the client.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience 

• At least Upper-intermediate level of English

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and environment;

• Understanding of UX best practices, information architecture, and user testing;

• Great analytical skills

• Ability to manage/supervise multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging oriented startup environment

•  Proven track record leading customer engagements with demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts, guide strategy, and deliver positive results for customers

• Strong understanding of client-side and server-side architectures

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of programming languages

• Experience with CI/CD

• Experience with enterprise software

• Computer Science or Engineering Degree

Key Responsibilities

• Taking an active part in presales activities including project effort estimates;

• End-to-end scoping for the customer projects

• Be a liaison between the technical team and internal business units;

• Manage client expectations from a deliverables perspective

• Establish and maintain relationships with all client stakeholders, become the primary go-to delivery person on all project matters.

• Facilitate daily Scrums, Retrospectives, Review, Refinement, and Planning meetings;

• Keep tracking of project performance from a business perspective;
