We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to work directly with General Manager.

The role of a Personal Assistant will drive efficiency and effectiveness of the General Manager through your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, yet being flexible, focused and result-oriented.
What do we expect from you:
- 1+ years of relevant experience;
- EU Residence is a MUST
- Upper-intermediate or Advanced level of English;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Readiness for business trips abroad;
- Immaculate planning and time management skills;
- Up-to-date with office gadgets advancements and applications;
- Emotional intelligence;
- Strong work ethics, sense of responsibility and reliability;
- High level of verbal and written communications skills;
- Discretion and confidentiality;
- Knowledge of business etiquette, business communication rules;
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently;
- Ability to work with Excel/spreadsheets;
- Calm and confident individual with first-class people skills;
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
- At times, being available 24/7 if needed.
+ UK Visa will be a great plus!
+ Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Asana) is a plus.

Your responsibilities:
- Working directly with the General Manager to reduce his workload;
- Responding to email or phone correspondence and following up on new inquiries;
- Conducting research, managing various tasks given;
- Assist in business projects and everyday tasks;
- Working in Excel/spreadsheets and designing reports;
- Booking appointments, events and travel managements;
- Writing and completing minutes of the meetings with action points and the next steps;
- Transcribe recordings and memos from the top management;
- Accompanying General Manager during the Business Trips.
