Supply Chain Assistant (temporary position)

Temporary role till end of 2020.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide support and assistance with the administration of day-to-day operations of the S&OP stream
• To review and update data in all project systems using templates, standard processes and guidelines
• To provide support in sales and inventory analysis and maintain accurate updates regarding product sales forecasts and availability
• To support S&OP stream with detailed information for reporting purposes
• Where required provide cover for other areas within S&OP or Supply Chain operations.

Key Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience:

• Graduate/Student of the last courses of Economics/Logistics;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel skills);
• English upper-intermediate.
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Quality driven with attention to details
• Ability to work independently and use critical thinking skills to identify potential concerns
• Ability to communicate in and timely and effective manner both internally and externally
