E-commerce Lead

SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of E-commerce Lead, Consumer Health Care Business Unit.

JOB PURPOSE

To take full ownership for the development and delivery of the Ukrainian online channel focusing work strongly on internal awareness and capability whilst also engaging and delivering with key external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting;
• Ensure a best in class launch activation across the E-Commerce Universe (including but not limited to: Online Account Standards, Promotional strategy, online shopper engagement strategy and pricing);
• Lead the day to day account management and activation of Sanofi’s Consumer Healthcare portfolio within online retailers;
• Develop and lead the marketplace strategy and growth plans for the E-commerce channel along with developing digital plans for existing domestic customers;
• Ensure our online product presence is maintained and updated so as to maximize consumer engagement on the site;
• Develop and deliver customer promo plans in accordance with CHC brand strategy;
• Deliver valuable category and market insights to strengthen our presence;
• Provide accurate sales reporting and forecasting;
• Work in conjunction with Cross Border E-commerce, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and media agency partners to ensure a strong ROI across the platform;
• Provide any additional information within the scope of responsibilities to Trade Marketing Manager upon further requests;

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education – business/economic/marketing education is highly desirable;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies;
• Understanding of web analysis;
• Marketing and tech background;
• Understanding and experience in UX, InDesign and Google Analytics is desirable;
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels;
• English - Upper Intermediate; Ukrainian – fluent;
• Driving license (corporate car).
