We are looking for a Billing and Payroll Specialist for leading the preparation of financial records, execution of accounting budgeting and reporting costs variations to join our team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Education in Economics or Finance; 
• At least 2 years of experience in financial position; 
• Knowledge in Ukrainian taxation; 
• Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel), 1C; 
• Fluent English; 
• Experience with payroll management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing all accounting operations (billing, cost allocation etc.); 
• Calculating budgets and monthly financial forecasts; 
• Reporting cost variations; 
• Controlling compliance policies and taxations; 
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information; 
• Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this; 
• Reporting to the Finance Manager.
