We are looking for an International Lawyer to join our team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong legal professional skills, such as research, drafting, analysis;
• Previous experience as an international lawyer in the financial sphere (exchanges, banks, payment systems, etc.) is a must.
• Successful experience in obtaining a financial / banking license worldwide will be a plus;
• A desire to work for a truly challenging landscape (be ready to deal with law cases which may not have previous precedents or lead on examples);
• Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and keen to take responsibility;
• Ability to work with strict deadline; 
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (writing and verbal) is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Corporate Law - Opening, liquidating, companies worldwide; preparation of companies inner documents (registers, minutes, etc.), including updating all documents of group of companies;
• Contract law – preparation, drafting, review, correction, etc., of international contracts.
• Opening/closing account in banks, payments systems, financial intermediaries, etc.;
• Licenses – obtaining and renewal of financial license for the group of companies;
• Monitoring changes in relevant International legislation and regulatory environments; 
• Organizing inner registers of Legal Department (register of contracts, companies, agents, etc.)
