We are looking for a Personal Assistant for the CFO of the company, who will combine both personal and business assistance. We are searching the person who will be fully trusted and treated as a part of a family. As a PA, you're often a manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization that's why we are looking for an energetic person who does not mind wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities:

• working with legal documentation (understanding, interpreting, compiling, creating contracts, agreements, etc.);
• negotiations with the world-wide investors and suppliers;
• creating the content for professional websites;
• scheduling and calendar coordination for professional activities;
• other projects and assistance if needed.

Responsibilities:

• 6 months +  of experience at the same or similar position
• deep knowledge of Substantive Law and Legal Procedure
• high level of English (Advanced)
• exceptional written and oral communication skills
• honesty and reliability
• discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
• ability to multitask.
