    DRP is an international company, specializing in outsourced back-office and call center services for clients all over the world. We effectively manage all daily back-office processes for our clients around the world by our exceptional customer-oriented business philosophy.


    We are looking for Help Desk  to join our team. 

    Main responsibilities: 

    • Technical support for office and remote employees;
    • Setting up new workstations for employees;
    • Installation and configuration of software, office and network equipment;
    • Configuration and administration of office networks;
    • Control of user access to systems.


    • Upper-intermediate level of English;
    • At least 2-years of work experience in a similar position;
    • Highly experienced in Help Desk troubleshooting and problem-solving;
    • Skills of installation, configuration and administration of Windows 10, MS Office, etc;
    • Experience in working with network equipment, its purchase, configuration and support;
    • Understanding the principles of the network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP), network, firewall;
    • Good knowledge of Active Directory, policies, etc.;
    • Strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure;
    • Excellent problem-solving skills;
