Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced level of English and / or Turkish.
• No obstacle to travel abroad.
• Minimum 3-4 years of managerial experience in fashion retail. (Product Manager& Area Manager &Area VM, Buying Manager etc.).
• No obstacle to travel to Istanbul every 2 weeks.
• Having Ukrainan or Russian citizenship (residency).

Basic Functions:

• Leading the brand development by having comprehensive knowledge of customer insights and giving feedbacks to related business units regarding customer needs based on segments.
• Conducting customer and competitor analysis for countries s/he is responsible for and sharing these analysis with related business units.
• Collaborating with Product Management teams for customer needs and Visual Teams for visual merchandising and contributing to visual operations with commercial perspective.
• Communicating with store and regional managers regularly in countries s/he is responsible for and visiting these countries to suggest new actions to increase commercial performance.
