Evopay Entertainment is looking for dynamic and high-performing Account Manager who will be responsible for proactive communications with existing customers and provide guidance to customers for future success. What you'll need:
- 1+ year of work experience as B2B Account manager in IT or/and Igaming industry
- Fluent English - both spoken and written
- Analytical mindset
- Highly developed social and communication skills
- Ability to cope with a high-pace, complex and changing environment
- Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets
- Desire to learn and to research
- To work as a team member
Nice to have:
- Experience with Jira/CRM/Google
- Additional language (except for English and Russian)
What you'll do:
- Act as the main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers
- Ensure games launch, marketing and promotional activities across brands
- Problem resolution of technical/management/financial/business issues on a regular basis
- Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions
- Provide Account Team Lead with monthly / quarterly reports on the work results
- Conducting a regular analysis of the Igaming market
