About the project:

Hi! I’m Rostislav, Sales Lead, in one of the SocialTech projects. I decided to develop in the field of sales eight years ago. During this time, I held a Sales Manager position, Sales Team Lead, Head of Sales, Global Head of Sales, and Sales Director in one of the biggest IT companies in Ukraine. My prior experience is in B2C sales, building strong and effective leaders and teams, and developing sales processes. I have joined recently, but have already fallen in love with Brighterly for the idea of the project and the incredible team I'm confident of success with!

Brighterly is the EdTech startup that created a platform for children studying math in the USA. A well-coordinated, experienced team of 15+ people has a successful experience of creating an EdTech business aimed at adults. Now we are confidently taking the first steps in the children’s education niche as our product helps kids aged 4 to 12 to dive into arithmetic, algebra and geometry.

Professional tutors with personalized resources make all these activities engaging, fun and easy for students!

We already have 400+ potential customers for the first working month. Our goal for the coming year is to scale our business and take a leading position in the Ed-Tech market! To achieve this we need a strong sales force. That is why we are opening a Sales Manager position.

About you:

— 1 year of sales experience;

— High level of empathy (active listening, candidate can hear and attract the customer);

— Persistent and result-orientated;

— Experience in working with clients online or offline;

— Upper-Intermediate English (preferable without accent);

— Readiness to work night shifts;

— Willingness and readiness to work in a team.
