Associate in Private Client Practice

Key duties:

1. Advising and assisting clients on various issues related to:

• citizenship programs, residence permits and tax residency
• investment structures
• bespoke capital management systems for HNWI and UHNWI
• estate planning, including succession matters, trusts and foundations
• personal and business taxation
• relocation of family and business
• AML compliance procedures

2. Participation in DDs, drafting Memos, Agreements and other complex matters in cooperation with other practices of the firm;

3. Performing researches on national and foreign taxation, accounting and legal matters;

4. Managing moderate complexity projects and respective client’s expectations on the timescale and deliverables;

5. PR and BD activities (articles, comments, posts, webinars etc.);

Requirements:

• Law degree from a reputable university;
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Private Client and/or Tax practice;
• experience in advising on International and Ukrainian tax issues;
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian, fluency in other foreign languages, especially Spanish and/or German, is an advantage;
• Excellent analytical, research and legal writing skills;
• Self-motivating, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach;
• Advocate license is an advantage;
• Knowledge of accounting standards is an advantage.
