Meest Group - international logistic postal operator is inviting a Recruiter to join our team.

Requirements:

• Upper Intermediate English level (B2);
• Successful experience of finding and closing vacancies of the highest level (TOP-managers);
• Strong knowledge of modern technologies of search, selection and evaluation of personnel (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.);
• Analytical skills;
• Strong communicative skills;
• Interaction and partnership skills;
• Orientation to the result, active life position;
• 3+ years of experience in Recruiting.

Responsibility:

• Search / headhunting candidates for key positions of the Company;
• Formation of external and internal reserve of candidates for key positions;
• Interviewing with candidates;
• Formation of CV candidates according to corporate requirements;
• Managing of candidates base;
• Labor market analysis;
• Effective communication with the client;
• Development and support of HR-brand of the Companies.
