Requirements:
- Upper Intermediate English level (B2);
- Successful experience of finding and closing vacancies of the highest level (TOP-managers);
- Strong knowledge of modern technologies of search, selection and evaluation of personnel (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.);
- Analytical skills;
- Strong communicative skills;
- Interaction and partnership skills;
- Orientation to the result, active life position;
- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting.
Responsibility:
- Search / headhunting candidates for key positions of the Company;
- Formation of external and internal reserve of candidates for key positions;
- Interviewing with candidates;
- Formation of CV candidates according to corporate requirements;
- Managing of candidates base;
- Labor market analysis;
- Effective communication with the client;
- Development and support of HR-brand of the Companies.
