Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing help to platform users;
• Resolve product or service problems;
• Following up to ensure resolution.

Desired qualifications:

• Fluent English;
• Service mindset - ability to empathize, put yourself in other people's shoes, and communicate clearly and directly with customers and in-house team members;
• Willingness to go above and beyond to help clients;
• Flexibility in schedule.
